"Strappo" or "Stacco"

Strappo and Stacco techniques are methods for removing frescos from the walls on which they are painted. I can paint frescoes in my studio, detach them with strappo technique, then apply them to a wood board, and ship them at any location.
Frescos produced in this manner may be hung as a painting allowing the flexibility for easy removal or relocation. It may also be installed in the wall to appear as thought it had been painted in place.
