“Ever since my childhood I have loved to paint, and cars
were among my most favorite of subjects. Sitting in the yard beside my
mother while she painted flowers and trees, I would paint my father’s car on a
small canvas, meticulously attempting to recreate the intricate lines and
crossings of the wheels' spokes.
I admire the technical design and sleek look of a car's frame, gently
curving around the motor and wheels as though it had been in some way sculpted
by the surrounding airflow. For me, as an artist and a painter, car portraiture
is a passion.”

Born and trained in Italy, Maria Grazia Repetto is a world renowned Master Artist. Her technical versatility allows her to draw from a wide range of age-old techniques, from the original 'Pompeii' style of fresco and bas-relief to the use of fresco as a contemporary medium, bringing a fresh, new and vibrant life to an ancient form of art.
Although she specializes in fresco murals, Maria is also accomplished in oil, watercolor, acrylics and printmaking. Maria's pieces have been exhibited in art galleries and private collections throughout Europe and United States.
